• Supporting the customer in a proactive manner by anticipating the customer's needs and leveraging familiarity with their assigned accounts.

• Using site performance data, asset health indicators, and customer KPIs to formulate proactive maintenance, obsolescence mitigation, and digital adoption roadmaps.
• Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in Electrical/Power engineering of / Proven experience of at least 10 years.
