Change & Development Lead – System & Process

The Change Agent & Training & Development Lead will drive change management, communication, and training activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. This role ensures employees are informed, engaged, and equipped with the skills needed to transition smoothly to the new way of working.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the change management strategy for the transformation program.
• Act as a change ambassador, engaging stakeholders and addressing resistance.
• Design, plan, and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups.
• Create learning materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to align training with organizational capability needs.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of training through feedback and KPIs.
• Support communication campaigns to build awareness and commitment across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in change management, L&D, or organizational development.
• Experience supporting ERP/CRM or system transformation projects preferred.
• Familiarity with change frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
