Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall revenue for Bitkub Academy products in public and private sectors.
• Develop and drive comprehensive marketing strategy & campaign (online & offline), social media for Bitkub Academy products.
• Tailored suitable business model for each target organization together with Academic Team.
• Track, analyze, and report on each campaign performance across multiple channels.
• Build Bitkub Academy brand awareness and strong relationship with stakeholders.
• Build and scale Bitkub Academy’s contract‑based speaker pool across new knowledge verticals (AI, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Finance, etc.)
• Sourcing, onboard and manage external expert trainers for Bitkub Academy Corporate Training and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage relationships with KOLs and influencers for collaborative marketing strategies and content creation.
• Coordinate with external partners and brands to develop collaborative Bitkub merchandise.
• Manage and control Bitkub merchandise quality and responsible for Sales volume.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in a revenue-generating role, such as Business Development, Sales, or Product Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Be passionate about cryptocurrency.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, and working with influencers or key opinion leaders (KOLs).
