Job Description
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and potential risks.
Solution Design: Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that proposed solutions meet business needs.
Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed.
Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases; participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
Job Description
- Research and provide solutions, methodologies, strategies, or change initiatives for improving the operational process both in terms of increasing efficiency, minimizing operation risk, and ensure the procedure will meet the desire service level agreement (SLA).
- Responsible for success of the actual implementation of those improvement opportunities
- Establish and maintain a smooth communication and interaction between the project team members and the team owner of the operation process.
- Establish the problem timeline and ensure that the project is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the team documents all the works. Any additional tasks or project that may be assigned.
