Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a background in B2B sales software to manage and support project delivery across our sales technology initiatives. This role works closely with data analysts, sales teams, and software program stakeholders to keep projects on track, ensure clean reporting, and drive smooth adoption of sales tools. The ideal candidate brings roughly five years of hands-on experience coordinating projects within a sales software or SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects connecting sales, services, and data analytics teams for B2B sales software implementations and upgrades.

  • Partner with data analysts to track project metrics, sales performance data, and reporting dashboards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for sales software rollouts and enhancement initiatives.

  • Act as the primary liaison between sales teams, engineering, and data analytics to ensure smooth software adoption and communication.

  • Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates for leadership and cross-functional partners.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks in project delivery and propose corrective action.

  • Support configuration, testing, and training rollout of CRM and sales software tools.

  • Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within a B2B sales software or SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated experience working alongside data analysts and interpreting sales performance data.

  • Hands-on experience with sales software or CRM platforms.

  • Background in software program environments; familiarity with the software development lifecycle is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable next steps.
