About the role:

As an HR Specialist, you will be the primary HR contact for local employees, managing recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations at the Thailand plant.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation and compliance training.
• Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll, social security contributions, and statutory benefits in compliance with Thai labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance systems, and personnel files.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave management.
• Provide administrative support, including office supplies management and event organization.
• Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality with fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, payroll practices, and social security procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HCM/SAP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience in handling expatriate work permits or visas is a plus.
