Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n and Power Automate
- Build low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps, Power Pages) to support HR processes
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations (e.g., APIs, SAP, and other HR systems)
- Write, review, and debug code for both new and existing applications
- Design solution architecture and define end-to-end data flows
- Provide support and troubleshoot production incidents to ensure system reliability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and architecture designs
- Act as a technical advisor to Business Analysts (BA), enhancing their technical understanding and capabilities
- Contribute to improving internal technical standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT, software development, or related roles
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, DAX)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, SSO, and system infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms and workflow development
- Proven experience in designing and implementing system integrations across multiple platforms
- Experience in developing low-code applications
- Ability to independently design system architecture and technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments
- Experience in managing or contributing to system development projects
- Prior experience in HR system development is a plus
- Good command of English communication
