HRD Officer

atSCG

Take care of key development programs in business, leadership, management and other functional programs.

  • Responsible for promoting and conducting assigned development programs as well as coordinating with all internal and external parties
  • Effectively manage program in terms of resources and budget
  • Work closely with SCG Learning team and business unit to align with new learning design and strategies
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in any field or human resources related only
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate 3.3 for Post-graduates studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written in English. (TOEIC at least 550)​
  • Experience in Human resources development field at least 2 years is a must
  • Flexible in traveling in upcountry
