atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Manage In-House Tasks: Distribute work, coordinate activities, and summarize results effectively.
- Oversee SOCN Operations: Take responsibility for all operations within SOCN and provide support to associates.
- Conduct Backlog Analysis: Investigate backlog issues and ensure follow-up within SOC Operations.
- Coordinate Middle Mile Issues: Assist with any matters and support coordination related to the Middle Mile.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field. (New graduate is welcome)
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Understand the the overall Operation in Distribution center
- Understands claims and coordination very well.
- Have the ability to analyze data, summarize results, and explain.
