The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
- Acquire potential brands, merchants to collaborate with Shopee in retail model or opt-in logistic solution provided by Shopee
- Understand market insight to determine industry and trend
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants
- Collaborate with cross functional team for new sellers onboarding
- Negotiate commercial deals and term of contract to maximize profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2-3 years of working experience in account management, seller acquisition, partnership relationships or purchasing
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
