atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Act as the strategic owner for FSOCW and LM performance, ensuring all metrics align with organizational growth and service-level agreements.
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives and projects related to buyer experience; translate complex performance gaps into actionable operational frameworks.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of critical metrics of FSOCW including % Ontime arrival, % Ontime dispatch, FSOCW productivity
- Maintain rigorous oversight of critical metrics of LM performance including % Ontime delivered, %1st attempt compliance, LM productivity, LM fleet productivity
- Utilize deep-dive data analysis to proactively identify structural performance issues and pilot innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Drive collaboration across SPX operations to ensure seamless project integration, operational compliance, and standardized process improvements.
- Synthesize complex datasets into high-level, data-driven insights and digestible reporting formats for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Leverage advanced analytical tools and performance dashboards to track delivery excellence and maintain quality control across the end-to-end buyer journey
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent presentation and problem solving skills
- Experienced in working with Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, good leadership, and strong verbal communication skills to facilitate cross-function interactions and discussions
- Advanced working Google workspace and SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with non-relational databases
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
