The Risk Enablement Senior Associate will shape and elevate risk management practices across the SCBX Group. You will work at the Group level to design scalable frameworks, uplift subsidiary risk capabilities, and translate governance expectations into practical, implementable solutions. This role sits at the intersection of risk, process, governance, and transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Architect and enhance Group-level risk management frameworks, ensuring they are scalable, proportionate, and practical across diverse subsidiaries.

· Lead risk maturity assessments and define structured uplift roadmaps — not just assess gaps, but drive improvements.

· Translate risk policies and governance standards into actionable workflows, toolkits, and implementation guidance.

· Drive RCSA enhancement initiatives — focusing on effectiveness, ownership, and business integration.

· Partner with subsidiary risk teams to strengthen their capabilities and embed consistent risk governance practices.

· Support strategic risk initiatives such as risk culture uplift, governance strengthening, and process standardization.

· Engage with senior stakeholders and risk committees to communicate insights and drive alignment.

Qualifications:

· 6-10 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, process & control, governance, or internal control — across any industry.

· Solid understanding of risk frameworks, control design, and governance practices.

· Experience in RCSA, risk assessment, incident management, or similar structured risk processes.

· Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication skills — able to translate risk concepts into practical business language.

· Tech-savvy mindset — comfortable working with systems, dashboards, data tools, or automation platforms.

· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.

Advantage if you have:

· Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments is a strong advantage

· Exposure to incident management, BCM, or enterprise risk initiatives.

· Experience working at group / holding company level.
