Process Consultant
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)Job Description:
· Lead to provide an enterprise-wide coordination on business processes, business requirements and operations related matters to align themselves, enhance efficiency, and thereby ensuring consistency across the bank and relevant subsidiaries as applicable.
· Leverage and enforce best practices in business processes and operations on an enterprise-wide basis.
· Promote activities as a business as usual to improve business processes and operations, including but not limited to follow-ups on identified issues until necessary actions are completed or implemented.
· Initiate and facilitate various application forms for bank and relevant subsidiaries as applicable to ensure consistency on an enterprise-wide basis.
· Achieve business-IT alignment - cooperate with business owners and relevant IT divisions/departments to review business requirements and thereby ensuring consistency across the bank and relevant subsidiaries.
· Guide and provide consulting services for an enterprise-wide coordination on businesses process, business requirements, and operations related matters.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Project Management, or related roles.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management capability.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
