The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Job Description:
- Perform daily marketing operations tasks with high accuracy to drive marketing and sales activities of Digital Products team, such as media set up and slot allocation, manage and fill in marketing trackers on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor marketing assets and responsible for correct and timely implementation.
- Be the first contact point for the business development team to solve ad-hoc issues and provide full support.
- Establish SOPs, roll out to the related teams, maintain, and improve
- Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, graphic designer, legal, finance, and operation teams
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (end-to-end) including operation tasks e.g. plan mechanics and budget, consolidate promotions, generate vouchers, and brief artworks
- Check and ensure all campaigns are displayed correctly on campaign days
- Keep track, evaluate campaign performances and make improvement suggestions
- Prepare reports and occasionally present findings and updates to management
- Work on any assigned project-based role to drive growth for Shopee Digital Products such as
- Perform research and analysis for a particular industry or assigned products
- Initiate new products and marketing ideas from available features/tools, validate and present
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any relevant discipline
- 1 - 3 years experience in marketing / business operations / project management
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- High attention to details
- Comfortable with math and big data
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
- Experienced in managing and executing campaign would be a plus
- Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
