Our Risk Assurance team helps business leaders gain comfort that their systems, processes, and risk management procedures are operating effectively within a well-controlled environment. We focus on helping clients make sure they have adequate controls in place to mitigate key risks, maintain key processes that enable management to make appropriate decisions, and ensure that an effective risk management framework is in place in case of a system breakdown.

As a Risk Assurance Senior Manager you will lead the team to:

• Advise on good corporate governance, risk management, internal control, compliance and internal audit

• Incorporate innovation and data analytics into daily team workflow

• Facilitate risk workshops for top management

• Consult with management to understand their businesses, concerns, issues and current processes

• Assess the quality of internal audit function

• Present results and recommendations of project work to top management and boards

• Manage resource: time, people and budgets i.e. project budgets, schedules and work planning for team members

• Drive sales/revenue, people management including account and pipeline management.

• Advise teams on the development of the scope, working approach and methodology for client projects

• Coach team throughout the project and review the quality of their work

Requirements:

• Minimum of nine years' experience in accounting, auditing, internal audit, financing, management or computing

• Extensive knowledge of management, processes and controls

• Impressive oral, written, interpersonal relations and presentation skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Open, flexible and team-orientated mindset

• Ability to work independently.
