atBangkok Bank Pcl (BBL)หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้บริการรับคำร้อง คำขอจากร้านค้าผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ (Inbound Call), ทางอีเมล ประสานงานดำเนินการ และแจ้งผลกลับร้านค้า
- ประสานงานกับกลุ่มงานต่างๆ ของส่วนบริการร้านค้าให้ดำเนินการตามคำขอจากร้านค้า
- ติดต่อกลับร้านค้า (Outbound Call) กรณีร้านค้าติดต่อส่วนบริการร้านค้า (Leave Message) และประสานงานดำเนินการตามคำขอจากร้านค้า พร้อมแจ้งผลกลับ
- ให้บริการตอบข้อซักถามกับร้านค้าเกี่ยวกับบริการต่างๆ ,เครื่อง EDC ตลอดจนประสานงานดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับร้านค้า
- ให้บริการนำส่งเอกสารรายงานการขายของร้านค้า(รายใหญ่) / ใบกำกับภาษี
- ให้บริการจัดส่ง Sale Slip ให้กับร้านค้า รวมทั้งการเบิก การควบคุม Stock Sale Slip
คุณสมบัติ
- ป.ตรี
- อายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี
- ชาย / หญิง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office พื้นฐานได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี และทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี กรณีสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้จะรับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ชอบงานด้านการให้บริการ กรณีมีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
