Plan & oversee business development efforts for assigned areas with a goal to on-board hotel on to OYO hotel chain and network Identify potential hotel lead generation sources and pitch OYO’s partnership proposal to the hotel owners Negotiate OYO’s commercial agreement with interested hotel owners and sign-up their hotels Strengthen relationships with existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholders Collaborate with other teams in OYO such as transformation, operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc.
