  • Prepare financial analysis and management reports for senior leadership.

  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting across the group.

  • Work with General Managers and Operations teams to develop realistic property budgets and business plans.

  • Analyze revenue, operating expenses, payroll, cost of sales, and profitability.

  • Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant deviations from budget or forecast.

  • Identify opportunities to improve gross operating profit, EBITDA, cash flow, and property-level profitability.

  • Support financial modelling, business planning, and feasibility analysis for new properties, renovations, and expansion projects.

3. Property-Level Financial Performance

  • Partner with Property General Managers to monitor and improve financial performance.

  • Analyze key hospitality metrics, including occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), revenue per available bed, F&B revenue, and departmental profitability.

  • Monitor revenue streams across accommodation, bars, restaurants, events, activities, and other ancillary services.

  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and coordinate funding requirements with Group Finance.

  • Monitor bank balances, payment schedules, receivables, payables, deposits, and outstanding liabilities.

  • Strengthen controls over cash handling, petty cash, banking, payment approvals, and financial transactions.

  • Monitor supplier payments and ensure appropriate approval processes are followed.

  • Identify potential liquidity risks and escalate material concerns to senior management.

  • Support banking relationships, payment processes, and treasury activities as required.

5. Revenue Assurance & Internal Controls

  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls across all properties and business units.

  • Oversee revenue reconciliation between property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale systems (POS), online travel agencies (OTAs), booking platforms, payment gateways, and accounting systems.

  • Review room and bed revenue, cash collections, credit card settlements, commissions, refunds, discounts, complimentary transactions, and other adjustments.

  • Monitor revenue recognition, deposits, advances, cancellations, no-shows, and outstanding guest balances.

  • Ensure proper inventory controls for F&B, bars, merchandise, and operating supplies.

  • Conduct periodic financial and operational audits to identify control weaknesses, fraud risks, and revenue leakage.

  • Develop corrective action plans and monitor implementation across properties.

6. Accounting, Tax & Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory reporting, and financial filing requirements in Thailand and other relevant jurisdictions.

  • Oversee VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other applicable tax obligations in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.

  • Maintain appropriate financial records, supporting documentation, and audit trails across group entities.

  • Ensure intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balances are properly recorded and reviewed.

  • Support entity-level financial compliance and reporting requirements across different markets.

7. Systems, Processes & Financial Governance

  • Review and improve accounting procedures, financial workflows, approval matrices, and internal control frameworks.

  • Ensure effective integration and reconciliation between PMS, POS, payment platforms, and accounting or ERP systems.

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxation, and internal controls.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze property-level P&L performance and work directly with General Managers and Operations teams.

  • Experience with revenue reconciliation, cash controls, inventory controls, and hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, and accounting or ERP platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of financial compliance and statutory reporting requirements in Thailand; exposure to multi-country operations is an advantage.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and analysis tools.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
