Associate Director, RI Commercial Manufacturer

Primarily focus on growing existing accounts and/or hunting for new clienteles - through building deep client relationships, setting account strategies as well as driving sales process including renewal, upsell and cross-sell in order to achieve financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current clients / new clients with a plan to upsell, cross-sell and introduce new services/solutions across NielsenIQ portfolio
- Be responsible for sales across the full suite of NielsnIQ products including Measurement, Analytics, and Consumer products
- Drive sales and renewal across assigned accounts, lead the sales for Measurement products, and bring in specialists to support on Analytics and Consumer products where appropriate
- Create account planning and sales strategies to achieve the financial targets – both topline revenue and profitability
- Develop commercial elements of client's Joint Business Plan (JBP)
- Be responsible for Voice of Client (VOC) arising from interaction with clients through sales cycle
- Work collaboratively with Sales Specialists in identifying opportunities and finding appropriate solutions to address clients' business issues
- Partner with Customer Success (delivery) team to bring the best of NielsenIQ to the clients as well as be responsible for escalating any challenges the clients face with the delivery performed by the Customer Success team to ensure maximum client satisfaction
- BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
- 8 to 12 years FMCG (marketing / sales/ retailer), research-related industry experience preferred
- Strong client focus and proactiveness
- Very good influencing, persuading and problem-solving skills
- Effective writing skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of statistics, research techniques and methodologies
