- ถอดแบบงานประเมินราคาเพื่อทำการประมูล
- จัดทำรายการวัสดุเพื่อใช้ในจัดซื้อ
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณและสเปควัสดุ
- ควบคุมการเบิกจ่าย และคิดปริมาณงานเพิ่ม-ลด
- รับผิดชอบการประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆนอกบริษัทในโครงการก่อสร้าง
- สามารถใช้ AUTO CAD ได้
คุณสมบัติ
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้งานตกแต่งภายในและเฟอร์นิเจอร์
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
