Job Description

In this position, we are looking for engineers of various experience levels where you will be working for our hotel business. You will be handling the following responsibilities:

• Manage, oversee & supervise the mechanical, electrical & civil engineering aspect of our hotel properties
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and equipment to ensure safety & functionality
• Develop & follow preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Help plan and manage departmental budgets and control costs
• Ensure health and safety codes are met and all systems are operational
• Oversee external contractors and help negotiate engineer related contracts

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Thai & good in English
• Direct experience in engineering
• Ability to handle high responsibilities
• Great problem solving skills & able to handle complex planning
