Project Manager For HRD Solutions

• Analyze customer's requirements and find the gap with our product
• Project Management: Create project plan, manage customer change requests, prepare documents with help from business and IT team
• Collaborate with internal teams; Product development, SA, Development and QA, to deliver the work and solution to customers with scope, time and cost as planned.
• Test system with customer (UAT) and move the UAT to production (Go Live)
• Help support CRM with the sales team
• Help sales team on technical sale issues
• Read and write commercial contracts in a B2B environment
• Be the main contact point of the customer (after the sales phase)
• Responsible for all deliverables of the projects assigned

• Have an experience in Project Management especially in B2B platforrm for more than 5 years
• Have knowledge of SDLC, Software Engineering, and Software Quality Control
• Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, or any related fields
• Have experienced in the HRD sector (Human Resource Development)
• Excellent English skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
