Responsibilities

• Experience with handling distribution and resale channels.
• Manage customer expectations and help coordinate realistic project delivery with customers to maintain relationships and revenue.
• Fully qualify marketing and sales leads and support prospecting initiatives and campaigns assigned.  Successfully pursue new customers through various sales strategies.
• Grow revenue through attaining or exceeding maintenance renewal revenue goals.
• Manage timely closure of the assigned annual maintenance renewal contracts and incorporate lapsed maintenance opportunities into selling strategies.
• Proactively contact customers and explain the product and support benefits of continuing maintenance services.
• Prepare presentation as required and ensure accurate information for efficient processing of orders and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain good relationships with partners and customers.

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience (or equivalent experience) with a customer-facing role are required.
• Demonstrated success understanding business objectives and meeting or exceeding goals.
• General understanding of contracts and terms specific to maintenance renewals.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Work well under pressure.
• Good speaking English is required.
