ESIS Systems Engineer

has the vital role of preparing, configuring, deploying and also monitoring the integration applications that have been developed by the Enterprise Integration Team and API development teams. System Engineers work closely with the stakeholders of various systems to ensure that the deployed integration applications are secure, resilient and monitored to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

Requirements :

• Software configuration and deployment management.
• Responsible for managing and preparing release packages
• Release management and controls.
• Promote and control data, networks resources sharing and administrate systems.
• Analyze the impact of system changes, improve quality of systems.
• Compose design documents, diagram, user manual.
• Support users testing.
• Provide help or support in the resolution of production issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, IT, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in control/deploy application (
• Fresh graduate with proven technical knowledge are welcome
• Good knowledge in computer programming language with good experience of at least one scripting language, e.g. python, shell scripts, etc
• Knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL / PSQL)
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill (English would be advantage).
• Proactive, self-motivated, systematic thinking, fast learner and positive attitude in teamwork.
• Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:

1. Good understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST) and message formats (JSON,XML,YAML)
2. Knowledge of Unit Testing.
3. MQ technology (RabbitMQ , IBM MQ)
4. Streaming technology (Kafka, Pulsar)
5. Java Framework (Spring Boot, Camel)
6. Schema design ( WSDL, OpenAPI, Apache Daffodil)
7. Knowledge ofCI/CD (Source control, build/test/deployment automation)
8. Knowledge of IBM Integration Bus, WebSphere Application Server
9. Knowledge of scripting Python, PowerShell
10. Knowledge in Unix, Linux
