• บริการตอบข้อซักถามและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ของทางธนาคาร.
• รับแจ้งและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของลูกค้าที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการต่างๆ ของธนาคาร พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง.

• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี.

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี.
