Regional Marketing Manager – Pulse Marketing (Bangkok based, relocation provided)

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be shaping and executing on the strategy and roadmap of merchandising campaigns at Agoda, from identifying the best product to merchandise on, to determining localized marketing strategy, to optimizing traffic and campaign ROI, to coordinating multi-department efforts. This role is a great opportunity to gain a broad range of knowledge as you will be innovating and experimenting on both the supply and demand sides of the business. Your daily activities will involve working with multiple supply organizations, learning about different consumer behavior across markets, strategizing a plan to optimize campaign results, and collaborating with marketing teams to achieve shared goals.

In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Lead and Innovate: You will be leading an exciting business line that is dedicated to localize Agoda's merchandising strategy in strategic markets.
  • Conduct market research on the competitors to gather market intelligence data, & identify the trending need to create marketing campaigns.
  • Scale: Grow local campaigns' impact through working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, supply, etc.
  • Take ownership to ideate, drive & execute marketing plans and support in the analysis of the post campaign results.
  • Test and Analyze: Identify new opportunities through analyzing campaign performance, experimenting, and benchmarking with Agoda's competitors.
  • Conduct dive deep on post campaign metrics such as conversion rates, traffic to pivot the strategies and make possible future recommendations.


What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing, e-commerce, or strategy/business operations experience.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Intellectually curious, hands-on, and results-driven with a strong owner's mindset - taking initiatives as opposed to being told what to do.
  • Strong project management skills – organized, attention to detail, ability to challenge and convince stakeholders with different KPIs and conflicting opinions.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to directly perform data analysis to craft tactical recommendations.
