Get to Know our Team:

The supply product team at Agoda is a team of innovative product managers that develop solutions for Agoda's accommodation partners and promote Agoda's top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored products for our accommodation partners and help them generate measurable business value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their products and make a large impact in our overall supply strategy. We develop win-win relationships with our accommodation partners and leverage Agoda's large accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we want to build new channels to reach our accommodation partners, increase the visibility and adoption of these products across the globe, and deliver significant incremental revenues to the overall business.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a specialist in B2B marketing and growth, able to drive global campaigns and scale the growth through existing and new partners. You'll have autonomy to manage partners, our numerous sales channels, bring ideas and share successes with the top management. As a growth team, in one of the most dynamic companies of the Booking Holdings, we're always looking to bring the extra value.

In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Lead the growth and retention initiatives to overall increase adoption of our growth products suite
  • Strategy: Define suitable KPIs for activation, retention and value derived from these products. Define and present incremental benefit to our partners
  • Be responsible for multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team
  • Work closely with our sales and ops teams to enable the right communication to accommodation partners.
  • Assist: help Product Managers shape the next set of features that will help us increase our contribution to overall Agoda topline


What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing or product management
  • Demonstratable track record of growing and retaining B2B products in internet/e-commerce businesses
  • Data driven structured thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to persuade and communicate, including senior management
  • Fluent English (verbal & written)
