Talent Strategy Specialist

  • Role Overview:

    We are seeking a Talent Strategy Specialist to design, implement, and drive innovative people strategies that strengthen our talent pipeline, enhance workforce capability, and support business growth. This role blends strategic thinking, deep HR expertise, and data-driven decision-making to align people initiatives with business objectives across client accounts.



    You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to shape and execute a forward-looking talent strategy while embedding programs that drive employee engagement, leadership development, diversity, and organizational effectiveness.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Talent Strategy & Planning

    • Formulate and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities and the overall client account HR strategy.
    • Partner with business and HR leaders to define execution plans for workforce planning, skills forecasting, and organizational capability development.
    • Develop and deliver frameworks, guidelines, and methodologies to support implementation of the people strategy at the account level.
    • Support geographic Talent Strategy development from a leadership, talent, and culture perspective.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, legal updates, and evolving best practices in HR strategy and talent management.

    2. Talent Management & Development

    • Lead and/or support key HR programs such as annual performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, total rewards, and talent development.
    • Create and deliver programs for career pathways, leadership pipelines, and high-potential talent development.
    • Monitor talent metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
    • Serve as an advisor to executive project teams on career planning, leadership development, and talent management best practices.

    3. Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement

    • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a key part of the talent agenda.
    • Drive global engagement strategies, including the design, deployment, and analysis of employee engagement surveys (e.g., GES).
    • Co-create action planning frameworks and incorporate market best practices into engagement programs.
    • Contribute to recognition programs and “Truly Human” initiatives, ensuring alignment with global and local HR strategies.

    4. Talent Analytics & Insights

    • Leverage HR data, market intelligence, and workforce analytics to provide insights into talent risks, pipeline health, and skills readiness.
    • Track and report on key talent metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, mobility) and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

    5. Stakeholder & Program Management

    • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on talent priorities and strategic initiatives.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Learning & Development, Recruiting, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
    • Participate in the selection and management of external partners and vendors for talent-related programs.

    6. Change & HR Transformation

    • Support organizational transformation and change initiatives by embedding talent strategies that promote agility and resilience.
    • Contribute to HR transformation efforts, ensuring alignment of talent processes with evolving business needs.
  • Job Qualifications

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with focus in talent management, workforce planning, or HR strategy.
    • Deep understanding of the full talent lifecycle, from acquisition to succession.
    • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data and drive insight-led decisions.
    • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with global HR frameworks, engagement methodologies, and market best practices
