We’re looking for an experienced HC Business Partner who will take a leading role in driving Performance Management, Talent & Successor Development, and Organization Design to support our sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) — from target setting, calibration, to performance review process.

• Drive Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives to ensure future leadership readiness.

• Design and review Job Descriptions, Job Evaluation, and Organization Structure to align with business goals.

• Support Organization Chart design and manpower planning across functions.

• Partner with business leaders to provide insights on workforce capability and development needs.
• Collaborate with related HR functions (C&B, L&D, OD) to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Use data and analytics to track performance, talent movement, and succession health metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HRBP, OD, or Talent Management role.

• Strong knowledge of PMS, Job Design, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office; experience with HRIS or data visualization tools is a plus.
