We’re looking for an experienced HC Business Partner who will take a leading role in driving Performance Management, Talent & Successor Development, and Organization Design to support our sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) — from target setting, calibration, to performance review process.
Drive Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives to ensure future leadership readiness.
Design and review Job Descriptions, Job Evaluation, and Organization Structure to align with business goals.
Support Organization Chart design and manpower planning across functions.
- Partner with business leaders to provide insights on workforce capability and development needs.
- Collaborate with related HR functions (C&B, L&D, OD) to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Use data and analytics to track performance, talent movement, and succession health metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HRBP, OD, or Talent Management role.
Strong knowledge of PMS, Job Design, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office; experience with HRIS or data visualization tools is a plus.
