About the Role
Responsible for cultivating agile ways of working in AIA- Enable agile ways of working aligning to the overall AIA agile framework
- Oversee Teams/Tribes’ progress and focus teams on delivering value quickly by removing obstacles faced by the team
- Provide coaching to agile team members, executive, and managers
- Roll out agile framework and practices, track and report metrics to stakeholders
- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
