Key Responsibility

• Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will drive new customers
• Attracting new customers, retaining existing customers, and bringing back lapser and gone away by developing and driving CRM strategy
• Planning marketing strategy, and managing multi-channel marketing campaign
• Suggesting new method to address customers need and identifying market opportunity
• Leading an operational team to deliver channel excellence across DM, EM &TM and Coupon set-up
• Leveraging capabilities to drive step change in the use of automation and personalization across channels and coupons, via engagement and expertise of the team, and education/collaboration with wider stakeholders
• Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them opportunities to be their best
• Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively, always being cost conscious.
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
• Other assignments as deemed appropriate

Qualifications

• Solid Data Led Marketing experience
• Proven record of work experience in CRM
• Experience in Retail and/or FMCG is a plus
• have in-depth marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Create outstanding retail experiences
• Turn data into actionable insight
• Great communication skill
• Strong project management skill
• Team and stakeholder management
• Able to craft a distinctive brand positioning
