Customer Success Management
Collaborate and engage with stakeholders to find and implement solutions: PO, technical teams, EA and Cyber Security.

Job Description
Architecture and technical domain:
  • Customer-facing work experience with a degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
  • Experience leading small to large enterprise organizations through a people, process, and technology transformation of building and operating legacy, on-prem software to running full speed as a digital native in the public cloud.
  • Experience with workload cloud migration strategies.
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, problem solving, conflict resolution and program management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Develop a cloud service enablement plan by focusing on customer business goals.
Collaboration With Stakeholders
  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders to find and implement solutions: PO, technical teams, EA and Cyber Security.
  • Contribute into roadmaps and product strategic initiatives working closely with Product Owners and Business.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced technology specialists.
  • Contribute into the Enterprise Technology Governance definition.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of customer-facing experience, interfacing with executives would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding Hyperscale cloud both Azure or AWS products. Both would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in complex and large project engagement would be an advantage
  • Good understanding networking technology, hybrid connectivity and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Thai.
  • Strategic thinking and risk-averse
  • intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quality-oriented mindset, sense of urgency and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and under indirect supervision.
  • Ability to take decisions and find compromises between stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare well-structured and good looking diagrams, documentation, presentations and other materials in your own solution.
Good presentation and storytelling skills.
