• Provide strategic Financial Advice/Independent Financial Advice and solutions to clients on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial restructuring, and valuations.
• Assist with researching various technical and industry-specific issues as well as perform market and industry analysis.
• Conduct financial modelling, analysis, and research to support client engagements.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations that clearly communicate complex financial information.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related business field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in transaction advisory work, corporate finance, M&A consulting, investment banking, and financial advisory exercises.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, accounting principles, valuation, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex financial problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) and financial modelling software.
• CPA/CFA/FA or other relevant professional designations are highly preferred.
• Fluency in Thai and English (written and oral).
