Senior HR Officer – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Officer – Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruitment capability for engineering and management positions. This role focuses on sourcing high-quality talent through multiple recruitment channels, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting strategic HR projects to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Technical, Professional, and Management positions.

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobsDB, JobThai, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

• Conduct proactive headhunting and direct candidate outreach for hard-to-fill positions.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions within the EMS industry.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and market conditions.

• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market intelligence.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

• Lead or support HR projects related to recruitment process improvement, ATS, employer branding, onboarding, HR digitalization, or continuous improvement.

• Utilize AI tools, Microsoft Office, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.

• Experience recruiting engineering, technical, or management positions through a recruitment agency or executive search firm is highly preferred.

• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobsDB, Boolean Search, social media, and networking.

• Experience recruiting for management-level positions is an advantage.

• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Comfortable using AI tools and digital technologies to improve recruitment productivity.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Electronics, Semiconductor, or Automotive industries.

• Experience with employer branding, talent mapping, succession planning, or HR projects.

• Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and recruitment analytics.

• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems.

Success Indicators

Within the first 6 months, the successful candidate is expected to:

• Fill engineering and management vacancies within agreed hiring timelines.

• Increase direct sourcing hires and reduce recruitment agency dependency.

• Build a sustainable talent pipeline for key technical positions.

• Improve recruitment process efficiency and candidate experience.

• Successfully deliver assigned HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Welfare

• Work 5 days, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
