Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Benefits Management:

    • Oversee and verify the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, employee compensation, overtime (OT), and various benefit calculations.
    • Audit statutory withholdings and compliance filings, including Personal Income Tax (Withholding Tax / P.N.D.1), Social Security Fund, Workmen's Compensation Fund, and Provident Fund (PVD).
    • Review and update compensation structures and benefit packages to maintain market competitiveness and alignment with labor laws.
  • Recruitment & Selection:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, and interviewing) for operational, supervisor, and specialist positions across both Bangkok and Wellgrow sites.
    • Manage recruitment channels and collaborate with relevant departments to execute structured Onboarding Programs for new hires.
  • Personal Data & HRIS Management:

    • Supervise and maintain employee master data and personal records within the HR system (HRIS) to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and data security.
    • Enforce and ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations regarding employee and job applicant data.
  • Performance Management:

    • Design, implement, and oversee annual and quarterly performance appraisal processes.
    • Utilize performance evaluation outcomes to support merit increases, annual bonus distribution, and employee development plans.
  • Other HR & Administrative Support:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.
    • Provide support for additional HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Flexibility to travel and work interchangeably between the Bangkok Head Office and Wellgrow Industrial Estate (Chachoengsao).
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Laws, Social Security regulations, Personal Income Tax rules, and PDPA compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll processing and HRIS software.
  • Sound understanding and experience in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with high attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
