ดูแลรับผิดชอบการตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี, การจัดฉีดวัคซีนต่างๆ ตามสถานการณ์ของโรค รวมถึงวัคซีนสำหรับพนักงานที่เดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างประเทศ
ดูแลรับผิดชอบประกันสุขภาพ, ประกันอุบัติเหตุ, ประกันการเดินทางต่างประเทศ
ดูแลรับผิดชอบการเบิกสวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาล และ สวัสดิการทันตกรรม
ดูแลรับผิดชอบการเบิกสวัสดิการเงินช่วยเหลือในกรณีต่างๆ เช่น มรณกรรม ภัยพิบัติ
ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานทุนการศึกษาบุตรพนักงาน
ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานกองทุนคนพิการ สื่อสารและประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับสวัสดิการและสิทธิประโยชน์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงานและคนงาน ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการแก่พนักงานและคนงาน รายงานสรุปข้อมูลสวัสดิการต่างๆ ที่บริษัทจัดให้พนักงาน รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
