Section Manager – Customer Relation Management (ICON SIAM)
atSiam Piwat Co., Ltd.We are now looking for professional and competent candidates for the position of Section Manager – Customer Relation Management .
- Customer Relationship Management:
- To determine appropriate plan to retain and develop relationship with Scarlet, Platinum and Viz members
- To seek to understand customer segments and their needs to foster relationship with various card members and to present specific goods and services to them
- To give special care and treatment to Scarlet and Platinum card holders
- To provide special services to VIP customers
- To provide the information to management about customer relation concern / complaint for continual improvement of CRM system
- To Support, supervise and coach subordinates to achieve optimum results in regard to the objectives of the function and personal development of the employees
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing or business management or related field
- At least 10-year experience in Customer Relation management / CRM
- Candidates from Retail, Banking, Hotel, Service industries are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English
- MS Office : Word , Excel , Power Point
- Possess strong leadership and team management
- Creative, hard-working and service-minded
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focused
