Corporate Relations and CSR Assistant (Sr. Officer to Asst. Section Manager)

Job Descriptions
- Conduct training needs/gap analysis to identify opportunities for training and development for tenants in Siam Piwat Group’s department stores.
- Design and implement training plans and programs to support the current and future trends of consumers marketing which will be beneficial for tenants
- Follow up any learning interventions or programs to ensure application and success of learning.
- Coordinate/ plan visits to public sector, government agencies and state enterprise to build long term relationship.
- Coordinate with related parties both internally and externally to ensure CSR activities, community relations projects or any other special assigned projects execution is smooth according to the assigned plan and aligned with company objectives
Qualifications
- Graduate Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or other fields
- Minimum 5 years in tourism industry with knowledge in consumers marketing and CSR and sustainabilty trends.
- Experienced in training contents design.
- Excellent skill in communication, project management, planning and organizing and
- Excellent command in English
- Possess attention to details and service-minded characters
