• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of database management and querying languages, such as SQL, is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial data, KPI tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• บริหารและกำกับดูแลทีมงานด้าน Engineering, Technology & Estimation และ Project Management ให้ดำเนินงานได้ตามเป้าหมาย คุณภาพ และกำหนดเวลา.
• วางแผนและบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล รวมถึงมอบหมายงานให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของโครงการและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• ควบคุมการจัดทำงานออกแบบ ประมาณราคา เอกสารประกวดราคา (Proposal/Tender) และกำหนดกลยุทธ์การประมูลงานเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการชนะโครงการ.
• บริหารโครงการตั้งแต่การวางแผนงาน (Work Schedule) งบประมาณ (Budget) แผนการเงิน (Cash Flow) การจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง การก่อสร้าง จนถึงการส่งมอบโครงการ.
• บริหารต้นทุน คุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย ความเสี่ยง (Risk Management) และการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด.
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ลูกค้า คู่ค้า ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้โครงการดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (โยธา เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง).
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานวิศวกรรม การประมาณราคา (Tender & Estimation) การบริหารโครงการ (Project Management) หรือธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง/EPC / Turnkey อย่างน้อย 10 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมงานและบริหารโครงการขนาดกลางถึงขนาดใหญ่.
• มีความรู้ด้านการวางแผนโครงการ (Project Planning), การบริหารงบประมาณ (Budget), Cash Flow, Cost Control และ Risk Management.
• มีความรู้ด้านการจัดทำ Proposal, การวิเคราะห์ TOR, การเสนอราคา และการวางกลยุทธ์การประมูลงาน.
• มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วางแผน แก้ไขปัญหา และตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้ดี.
• มีภาวะผู้นำ ทักษะการบริหารทีม การสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงานกับลูกค้าและผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมด้านวิศวกรรม/Project Management ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้.
• หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (กว.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดหรือปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการได้.
