Job Description

Develop and prepare Revit models in accordance with assigned tasks and project requirements.

Prepare technical drawings and related documentation as assigned.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and other project-related documents.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and drawings.

Review and update BIM models based on project changes, technical requirements, and site conditions.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in BIM modeling or related fields.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit for developing BIM models and technical drawings.

Knowledge of construction processes and mechanical systems (MEP) will be an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

2-year contract with a review for permanent status.
