IT Service Desk Officer
atUPS SCS Services (Thailand) Limited- General support tasks about Hardware, Software, Voice and Network Infrastructure.
- Manage project deployment and progress monitoring.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Hardware and Software audit and control.
- System Routine maintenance and upgrade.
- Bachelor Degree in Information System or any relevant.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk or Service Desk.
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Voice System.
- Able to work independently with service-minded characteristics.
- Able to communicate in English, both speaking and writing (TOEIC Score 600 is plus).
- Able to work at UM Tower (near by Airport link Ramkamhaeng station) on Mon – Fri during 8:30 – 18:00.
