• Lead R&D for innovation and renovation projects - Develop wet pet food products that delight pets and meet consumer needs.

• Execute product development - Drive projects from kitchen prototypes to industrial scale-up and successful launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution.
• What We're Looking For.
• 5-10 years in food manufacturing or R&D, ideally in wet food or meat processing.
• Strong in product development, scale-up, and technical problem-solving.
• Agile learner with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field.
