• Manage all marketing campaigns executions including setting up campaign management and system UAT test (end-to-end process), marketing and creative brief for communication design.
• Work closely with other cross functions such as corporate marketing team, product owner, Operations team, IT team, Central Procurement team to deliver marketing campaigns, trade plan and customer events within timeline and ensure that to achieve KPI.
• Communicate all promotion campaigns & mechanics to stores and Operations team and support stores Operations to handle customers' complaints.
• Create campaigns proposal, pre, and post-performance evaluation report
• Handle NSD PR plan and process, coordinate with partners and PR team
• Track competitors' campaigns, market trend, and outlook.
• Monitor project requirement brief and lead-related team to develop systems to support new promotional campaigns.
• Maximize Marketing A&P budget.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing Major or any related fields.
• 5 years experience in marketing and promotional campaign planning & proposal preferable with experience in retailing business and project management.
• Have strong Marketing/Promotion campaigns executions and negotiation skills.
• Experience working collaborative environment, drive to succeed, and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to handle multi-tasks/projects, hard & smart working, work under pressure and meeting timeline.
