Job Responsibilities 

• Drive Retail & Payment Services business growth (sales, transactions, retail income, customer loyalty)
• Develop Marketing campaigns/initiatives, planning and proposal to drive Retail Services business growth both sales and transactions e.g. Bill Payment, Top Up, etc.
• Work closely with New Services Development managers, Billers and Top up team and partners to boost new sales and transaction growth.
• Competitors& analysis and market landscape.
• Campaigns pre and post-performance evaluation, analysis and KPI review reporting.
• Manage and control overall Marketing budget.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing Major or any related fields.
• Experience in Marketing and promotional campaign planning & proposal preferable with experience in retailing and/or bill payment.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel 
• Experience working collaborative environment, drive to success and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to handle multi-tasks/projects, work under pressure and meeting time line.
