Digital Marketing (Mobile Application)

  • Inside and suggestion target audience
  • Develop, implement, and track the success of mobile app acquisition, activation, and retention efforts to increase Big C Mobile App acceptance and engagement by concentrating on increasing download users, monthly active user base, and sales conversion.
  • Manage mobile app trade campaign execution, increase app awareness, drive app funnel efficiency, create and optimize campaigns, analyze traffic data and solving problems, and deliver mobile app marketing ROI
  • Identify app user insights and offer suggestions on new/additional target audience categories using customer and competitor data to set marketing channel priorities.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with brand suppliers, advertising agencies, and several leading mobile ad networks (e.g. Google, Facebook, Line, etc).
  • Manage app campaigns and activities by working closely with internal cross-functional teams such as corporate CRM marketing, trade marketing, digital marketing, mobile app product management, and technology teams.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in building, managing, optimizing, reporting and analyzing marketing campaigns and must have Mobile App marketing experience and B2C paid advertising at least 2 years with strong Google Analytics and any other traffic and online sales conversion skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering app downloads, registrations, activation growth and optimization across key metrics.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
  • Solid project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
