- สอบถามข้อมูลการเบิกจ่ายค่ารักษาพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยใน
- ใส่ Policyในระบบ เพื่อแสดงสิทธิการเบิกจ่ายค่ารักษาพยาบาลตามหลักฐานที่ผู้ป่วยแสดง
- ให้คำแนะนำและเตรียมเอกสาร ประกอบการวางบิลสำหรับผู้ป่วยในที่มีบริษัทคู่สัญญา/บริษัทประกัน
- ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขความคุ้มครองบริษัทคู่สัญญาจากระบบหรือหนังสือส่งตัวและประสานงานผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าทีประเมินราคาเพื่อประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายและแจ้งข้อมูลให้แก่ผู้ป่วย
- เก็บ Deposit ผู้ป่วยตาม Policy
- ออก Deposit Receipt
- สือสารและส่งต่อข้อมูลทางการเงินให้แก่แผนกที่เกียวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง กรณีผู้ป่วยมีปัญหาด้านการเงิน
- ให้คำแนะนำช่องทางชำระเงินประเภทต่างๆและประสานงานกับธนาคารหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการชำระเงิน
- สรุปยอดเงินประจำวันส่งแผนกบัญชี
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- เพศชาย
- สื่อสารได้ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- ใช้ Program Microsoft Office/ E-mail ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานได้
- ทำงานเป็นกะหมุนเวียน24 ช.มได้ (กะละ 8 ช.ม)
