เราโชคดีได้ทีมงานที่ทำงานเข้าขากันได้ดี ณ ตอนนั้น 10 กว่าปีมาแล้ว ขอยกเครดิตให้ทีมงานคัดสรรคนเข้าทำงาน ส่วนตัวคิดว่าสามารถเลือกคนได้ค่อนข้างแมทกับองค์กรและทีม และสิ่งที่ประทับใจในวันนั้น ก็ส่งผลถึงวันนี้ แต่ในเรื่องของเบเนฟิต ส่วนตัวว่ายังอยู่ในอัตราที่ไม่สูง เฉยๆ ไม้ว้าว
