Telesales Administrator

Job Purpose:


The Telesales Administrator is responsible for manages key operational tasks such as data entry, document preparation, report handling, payment verification, and coordination with underwriting and other relevant functions to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely processing of all policy‑related transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer payments across all payment channels, including EDC credit card terminals and cash collection, and ensure all transactions are processed and completed within SLA.
  • Retrieve the YES file, the insurance application form, and the customer’s CRS tax residency declaration form, and submit them to Underwriting team for further processing to issue the policy to the customer.
  • Initiate a service request in the system to allow the Telesales team to follow up with the customer, and continuously monitor progress to ensure completion within the 3‑day SLA.
  • Provide prompt and proactive responses to all urgent requests raised by the Telesales team and relevant stakeholders.
