Job Purpose

• Develop HR reports/dashboards, perform advanced data analysis, and oversee data quality and business processes in HRIS to offer business insights while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency in HRIS.

• Lead and execute HR data-related initiatives, implementing HRIS enhancements and optimizing processes for operational excellence and efficiency in HRIS.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level HR reports/dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making at the management levels.
• Employ advanced analytical tools and statistical techniques to conduct complex data analysis, delivering valuable business insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Engage with HR teams and other teams in various functions to discern data requirements, gather pertinent HR data, and fulfill their business needs effectively.
• Oversee HRIS business processes, permission access and data quality, taking the lead in data cleansing, updates, and quality checks to ensure high-quality data for future usage and analysis.
• Lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including group offices to implement new Workday modules, introducing features, and supporting HR digitization initiatives to advance HR digitization efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior data analysts in effectively operating HRIS business processes, troubleshooting incidents, and developing data analysis skills through sharing best practices.
