Responsibilities

• Promote and sell digital printing solutions to customers.
• Provide technical consultation on digital printing machines, printing materials, and production processes to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and related sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical, Production, and After-Sales Service to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on sales progress, machine installation, and post-sales customer satisfaction.
• Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, technologies, and innovations in digital printing.
• Prepare sales reports and progress updates as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or sales within the digital printing industry.
• Knowledge of digital printing, commercial printing, packaging printing, or industrial printing solutions will be an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide professional technical solutions.
• Sales-driven mindset with strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as required.
